All projects are delivered against a written scope and a fixed quote agreed before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately as an add-on or a new project.
Package prices are one-time unless stated. Larger projects may be split into milestones (e.g. 50% to begin, 50% on completion). Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on.
On full payment, you own your website files, content and accounts. Third-party services (hosting, plugins, licences) remain subject to their own terms.
Estimated timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback promptly. Delays in materials or approvals may extend delivery.
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
