How much does a website cost in Sharjah?

An honest 2026 breakdown — what you actually pay, what changes the price, and how to make sure you’re not overpaying for a site that doesn’t bring in customers.

It’s the first question almost every Sharjah business owner asks — and the honest answer is “it depends on what you need”. A one-page site for a new café in Al Majaz is a very different job from a bilingual online store or a booking system for a clinic. This guide breaks down the real ranges in 2026, what pushes the price up or down, and the traps to avoid, so you can budget with confidence.

The short answer

For most small businesses in Sharjah, a professional website in 2026 falls into these ranges:

What you needTypical range
One-page site (a “digital business card”)AED 499–900
Full business website (5–8 pages)AED 999–3,500
Lead-focused / multi-page growth siteAED 1,300–5,000
Online store or booking systemAED 2,500–8,000+
Ongoing local SEO & content (monthly)AED 999–5,000/mo

Prices vary a lot between providers — a freelancer, a template service and a full agency will all quote differently for “a website”. What matters is what’s included, whether it’s built to be found on Google, and whether you truly own it at the end.

What changes the price

Five things move the number more than anything else:

  • Number of pages. A single landing page is quick; a full site with services, about, gallery, blog and contact takes more design and content work.
  • Features. Online payments, an e-commerce store, table or appointment bookings, member logins and multi-branch maps all add build time.
  • Languages. A fully bilingual English/Arabic site with proper right-to-left layout is a valuable add-on for Sharjah audiences, and does add work.
  • Content. If you supply text and photos it’s cheaper; if you need copywriting, logo work or photography, budget for it.
  • SEO depth. A basic “SEO-ready” site is one thing; ongoing local SEO that works to get you found on Google month after month is a separate, monthly service.

DigiSphere’s fixed prices

We keep it simple and fixed — you always know the price before we begin. No surprise invoices.

Starter — AED 499. A fast, mobile-first one-page site, SEO-ready with WhatsApp and enquiry buttons. Usually live in about a week.

Business — AED 999. Up to 8 pages, on-page SEO, Google Business Profile setup, lead forms and maps. Our recommended choice for most growing businesses.

Premium Growth — AED 1,999. Up to 12 pages plus copywriting, advanced SEO and lead funnels, priority build.

E-commerce & custom — from AED 3,500. Online stores, booking platforms and bespoke builds, quoted to scope — still well below typical agency rates.

Add-ons (Arabic, online store, bookings, extra pages, logo) are priced separately so you only pay for what you need. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.

One-time vs monthly — which do you need?

Building the website is usually a one-time cost. Two things are ongoing: hosting and domain (a small yearly cost), and — if you want it — a monthly plan for SEO, content and maintenance.

You don’t have to take a monthly plan. But if your goal is to actually get found and win customers rather than just “have a website”, ongoing local SEO is what moves the needle over time. Our SEO Growth plan starts at AED 999/month and includes regular blogging — the same approach we use to keep our own clients visible.

What to watch out for

  • “Free” or ultra-cheap website builders. They look cheap up front, but you often can’t move the site, it loads slowly, and it isn’t built to rank.
  • Not owning your site. Some providers keep your website hostage on their platform. Always confirm you own the domain, files and content.
  • Ranking promises. Nobody can guarantee a specific position on Google — we’d be wary of anyone who says they can. Good SEO follows Google’s best practices and works to improve your visibility over time.
  • Hidden ongoing fees. Ask what’s one-time and what’s recurring before you sign.
